AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-1 to R-3 Zone Case No. Z-135)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located
on Clark Street, westerly of Bogart Street, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as follows:
The westerly 15 feet of Lot 25 of Tract No. 5524,
as per map recorded in Map Book 60 at Page 90,
on file in the Office of the Recorder of said County.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
in the manner as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. Chat the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
