AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM A-1 TO R-1 Zone Case No. Z-149)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property located
at 5023 Heintz Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 24 of Tract No. 5731, as per map recorded
in Book 82 at page 57 of Maps, on file in the
Office of the Recorder of said County.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to Zone R-1.
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
in the manner as shown. on that certain map marked Exhibit A'°
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
