AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM ZONE A-1 TO R-1 Zone Case No. Z-153)

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property located
at 4830 North Elton Street, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 34 and 35 of Tract No. 7701, Book 88 at
pages 61 and 62 as per map on file in the
Office of the Recorder of said County.
be, and the same is hereby, rezoned from Zone A-1 to Zone R-1.
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
in the manner as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A°'
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
