AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK-AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID
CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-1 to C-1 Zone Case No. Z-154)
THE CITY COUNCIL 07 THE CITY OF BAILDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FGLLOWS
SECTION 7.. That that certain real property located
to the rear of 4725 Maine Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Lngeles, State o€ California, more particularly
described as follows:
The South-westerly 50 feet of the westerly 150
feet of the northerly 388.5 feet of Lot 1 of
the Revised Map of Vineland of Azusa, and, the
westerly 150 feet of the northerly 129.5 feet
of tree southerly 647.5 feet o£ said Lot 1, as
recoried in 3ook 42, Page 52, of Miscellaneous
Records on yJle in the Office of the Recorder of
said County.
be, and the same hereby is, r^zoned from Zone R-1 to Zone C-1.
SECTION 2. That Vie Zoning Hap adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Bnldwin Park LMicipal Code is hereby amended in
the manner as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit 9A"°
attached hereto and incorport.ted herein by this reference.
SECT.-ON 3. That tie City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance nd cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner pre,cribed by law.
