AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND RE-
ZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM ZONE A-I TO C-2 Zone Case
No. Z-15C)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located at
the southwest corner of Ohio Street and Maine Avenue, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
All of Lot 17 of the Revised Map of Vineland of Azusa,
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, recorded in Book 42, Page 52 of
Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-I to C-2.
SECTION 2. That the Zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17 day of April 1963.
