AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND RE-
ZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
FROM A-1 TC R-1 Zone Case No. Z-157)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located at
3556 Baldwin Park Boulevard, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
That portion of the Rancho La Puente, City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northeast line of
the land described in Deed recorded in Book 4338, Page
ISO of Deeds, records of said County, with the south-
east line of Covina Boulevard 60 feet wide, said point
being distant southweterly along said boulevard, 880
feet, more or less, from the southwest line of Merced
Avenue, 60 feet wide, as declared a public highway in
Rood Book ILK, Page 220 on file in the Office of the
Board of Supervisors of said County; thence from said
point of beginning along the northeast line of the
land described in said deed, South 48° 71 East 223.00
feet, more or less, to a line parallel with and 725.00
feet northwesterly measured at right angles from the
center line of the right of way of the Southern Pacific
Railroad Covina Branch); thence along said parallel
line South 4l° 531 West 113.75 feet; thence parallel
with the northeast line of the land described in said
deed, North La-8° 7+ West to the southeast line of
Covina Boulevard; thence northeasterly along said
land, 113.75 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A" attached hereto and
incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17 day of April 1963.
