AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THFp'
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONINq
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM
A-1, P AND C-2 TO R-3 Zone Case No. 158)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFVfBALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS''FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property. located
at 13310 and~13312 Ramona Boulevard, to the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Lot 18, Tract 8805, in the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in'Book 17, Page 17 of Maps,
except the easterly 4.60 feet thereof; the westerly
21 feet of Lot 23; and all of Lot 24, Tract No. 8805.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from A-1, P and C-2 to R-3.
SECTION 2. That;' the zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
in the manner as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
