ORDINANCE NO. 271
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM
A-1 to R-1 Zone Case No. 159)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located
at 4157 Walnut Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
The north 115 feet of Lot 35 of Valley View Acres
in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Eook 12,
Page 86 of Maps. Except therefrom the westerly
164 feet of said land.
be and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to R-1.
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in
the manner as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner. prescribed by law.
