ORDINANCE NO, 272
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION
2700 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE CITY COUNCIL'S ORDER OF
BUSINESS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does ordain
as follows:
SECTION I, That Section 2700 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
2700, ORDER OF BUSINESS, That at 7:30 p,m, of each regular
City Council meeting night, the members of the said Council, City Clerk,
City Treasurer and the City Attorney, shall be in attendance at the
Coun-
cil Chambers, The order of Council business shall be as follows:
I) Roll Call
2) Approval of Minutes
3) Treasurer's Report
4) Oral Communications
5) Written Communications
6) Reports of Special Committees
7) Reports of Officers
8) Unfinished Business
9) New Business
10) Consideration of Claims and Demands. By majority vote,
the above order of business may be altered or suspended,"
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of
this ordinance, and cause the same to be posted in the manner prescribed
by law.
