ORDINANCE NO. 273
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
A-1 TO ZONE R-1 Zone Case No. 160)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN. AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located
at 4023 Center Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
The southerly half of Lot 51 of Valley View
Acres in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 12
Pages 86 and 87 of Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
be and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to Lone R-1.
SECTION 2. That the aDning Map adopted by Section
3102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended
in the manner shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A!°
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
