AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
A-1 TO ZONE R-1 Zone Case No. 161)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located
at the intersection of Stichman Avenue and Durness Street
running length of the existing Stichman Avenue and buffered
by the Big Dalton Wash, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described
as follows:
Lots 1 through 16, inclusive, of Tract No. 27866
recorded in Book 702 Pages 67 and 66 in the office
of the County Recover of said ounty.
be and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to Zone R-1.
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in
the manner as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A°°
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
