AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM
A-1 TO R-3 Zone Case No. 165)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located
at 3103, 3111, 3117 N. Big Dalton Avenue, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,. State of California, more
particularly described as follows:
Lots 22, 23 and 24 in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
shown on a Record of Survey, filed in book 22
page 27 of Record o€ Surveys, in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to R-3.
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section
9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in
the manner as shown on that certain map marked Exhibit A°
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 5 day of June
1963.
