AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BLADWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 9212 OF THE BALDWIX PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SUBDIVI-
SION REGULATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS,.
SECTION 1. That Section 9212 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
9212. Approval of the Tentative Maps. Tentative tract maps shall be sub-
mitted to the Planning Commission for its consideration; thereafter
al approval or denial of any such map. When the Commission recommends
approval of such a map, it shall include such recommendation suggested
conditions of approval. Thereafter each such map shall be submitted
to the Council: for action; the Council shall approve, conditionally
approve, or deny approval for such map. The action of the Council
shall be final and conclusive.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adopt-
ion of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be posted in the manner
prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 17 day of July 1963.
