AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CI'T'Y AND
REZONING
CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY
ZONE CASE NO. Z-179)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain
real property bounded by
the Los Angeles City Power Line on the
east; San Bernardino Freeway
on the South; Center line of Salisbury Street
on the North; and the
center line of Syracuse Avenue on the West, in
the City of Baldwin
Park, County of Los Angeles, State o£
California, more particularly
described on that certain map attached hereto,
marked Exhibit A",
and incorporated herein by this reference, be,
and that all A-1,
Light Agricultural Zoned Properties within the
said boundaries
hereby are, rezoned from Zone A-1 Light Agricultural
Zone) to
Zone R-1 Single Family Residential Zone).
SECTION 2. That the zoning
Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby
amended in the manner
as shown on Exhibit A" attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk
shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same
to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
