AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTIOM
4250.10 AID 4250,12 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO HAND BILLS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Sections 4250.10 and 4250,12 are
hereby amended to read, respectively, as follows:
4250.10. Placing Commercial Hand Bills Upon Vehicles.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, cast, distribute,
place or deposit any commercial hand bill in or upon arty
vehicle.I"
4250.12. Distribution on Private Premises without
Consent. It shall be unlawful for
deposit, place, throw, scatter or cast any s ommercialrhand
e~
bill upon any private premises without first having obtained
a written consent of the owner or adult occupant thereof,
except that the same may be personally delivered to anyone
present on the premises who is willing to accept same."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
