AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDNIN PARK S ORDAIN
AS FO LOVS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property located at
3202, 32 3174 Baldwin Park Boulevard and 13613 Fr cisquito
Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los geles, State
of Californ a, more particularly described on that ertain map
attached her to, marked Exhibit A", and incorpor ed herein by
this referenc be, and the same hereby is, rezo ed from Zone A-l
to C-2.
SECT W~,2, That the zoning Map ado ted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Pa Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on Exh i b i t\\."A" attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk/shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the/same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by laws/
