AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
A-I TO R-i Zone Case No. Z-180)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLUVS;
SECTION I. That that certain real property bounded by
La Sena Avenue on the east, Nubia Street on the north, Bleecker
Street on the west, and Olive Street on the south, it the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described on that certain map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this reference, be, and the
same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-I to R-1.
SECTION 2. That- the Zoning P%ap adopted by Section 91C2.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on Exhibit A'} attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 27th day of September
