AN ORDINANCE OF THE CTTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDIM THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
A-1 TO R-1 Zone Case No. Z-167)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real, property, located at
3224 through 3250 Big Dalton Avenue and 14404, lW1.8, IWZO and 14442
Marced Avenue, in'%the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California., more particularly described on that certain map attached
hereto, market Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this reference, be,
and the same hereby is, rezoned fram Zone A•1 to R 1.
SECTICN 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
Of the Baldwin Park Municipal. Code is hereby ascended in the manner
as shown on Exhibit A" attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That City Clerk shell, certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescri
by lair.
