AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTIONS 8200, 8201 AND 8202 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK H NICIPAL CODE, AND
REPEALING SECTIONS 8203 THROUGH
8232 INCLUSIVE of SAID CODE, RELAT-
ING TO THE ADOPTION OF THE 1962
UNIFORM PLUMING CODE AND THE UNI-
FORM HEATING ARID COMFORT COOLING
CODE"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Sections 8200, 8201 and 8202 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code are hereby amended to read, respectively,
as followst
8200. ADOPTION OF THE IJwoRM PLUMBING CODE 1961
EDITION". The 1961 U" arm ing pursuant o Sec on
MET of the Government Code of the State of California, is hereby
adopted, by this reference, as the Plumbing Code for the City of
Baldwin Park."
8201. ADOPTION OF THE UNIFORM HEATING AND COMFORT
COOLING CODE 1962 E TION T He Heating- o ort
Goa ng Goce pursuant to Section 50022.1 of the Government Code
of the State of California is hereby adopted by this reference as
the Heating and Comfort Cooling Code for the City of Baldwin Park.
Whenever in said Code, reference is made to the
Administrative Authority", said phrase shall mean the City's
Building Official."
8202. It shall be unlawful for arty person to erect,
construct, enlarge, alter, repair or convert any building or
structure in the City, or cause the same to be done, without first
providing a chemical or water flushing toilet for sanitation
facilities on the job site."
SECTION 2. That Sections 8203 through 8232 inclusive
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code are hereby repealed and rescinded.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be posted in the
manned prescribed by law.
