AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-I TO R-3 Zone Case No. Z-192)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That that certain real property, located at
3441 to 3409 Baldwin Park Boulevard and from 13627 to 13657 East
Foster
Avenue, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of
California, more particularly described on that certain map attached
hereto, marked Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this reference,
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to R-3.
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on Exhibit A" attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.

Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 313 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 20th day of November 1963.
That, thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the Lth day of
December 1963, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN BISHOP, MOREHEAD, TAYLOR AND MAYOR BLOXHAM
NOES: COUNCILMEN HOLMES
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN NONE

Baldwin Park, county of Los Angeles, state of California
as per map recorded in Book 17, page 17 of Maps, in N
the office of the county recorder of said county, /
described as follows: Beginning at the most
easterly corner of said lot 26; thance north-
westerly along the northeasterly line of said
lot 26, a distance of 448.68 feet; thence South
41 deg. 53 min. W. parallel to the southeasterly SCALE r~ 10 0f
line of said lot 26, a distance of 425 feet more
or less to the northeasterly line of Foster Avenue;
thence southeasterly along said northeasterly line of said Poster Avenue, to
an intersection with the northwesterly line of CASE N0. Z- 192
Baldwin Park Boulevard; thence North 41 deg.
