AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM ZONE A-1 TO C-2A ZONE CASE
NO. Z-195)•
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located in the
City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more
particularly described on that certain map attached hereto, marked
Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this reference, be, and the
same hereby Is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to C-2A.
SECTION 2. That the zoning map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code Is hereby amended in the manner as
shown on Exhibit A" attached hereto.
SECTION 3 That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 7th day of June, 1964.

Park, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 316 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day of June, 1964. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 17th day of June, 1964, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN GREGORY, ADAIR, McCARON AND MAYOR MOREHEAD
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
ABSENTS COUNCILMEN NONE

Avenue on the northeast; and a line 570 feet
from the center line of Baldwin Park Boulevard
parallel to Baldwin Park Boulevard on the northwest.

on the northeast; Baldwin Park
Boulevard onthe northwest; the CASE NO. Z 195
