AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 4248.6 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO SOUND
TRUCKS
AS FOLLOWS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
SECTION 1. That Section 4248.6 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended, by adding thereto, as subsection 6),
the following:
4248.6. Regulations For Use.
6) That during the month of December, permits
may be granted for the non-commercial use of
Sound Trucks, between the hours of 6:00 p.m.
and 10:00 p.m.; provided that such permits
shall be issued only to religious, educational,
civic and charitable organizations."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the manner prescribed by
law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th day of Decembdr 1963.
