ING THE ZCNING MAP OF SAID CITY
AND REZONING CERYA:N DESCR!5ED
PROPERTY FRC1^1 ZONE A-1 TO R- I

AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That that certain real property, located in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of Calif-
ornia, more particularly described on that certain map attached
hereto, marked Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this
reference, be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-I to'
R-1. I
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the
manner as shown on Exhibit A" attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
