ZONING AAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
A-1 TO R-3 AND C-M Zone Case No.
Z-208)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOUS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located at
15201 and 15301 block of Badillo Street, A-1 to R-3) and 15200 and
15300 block of Ramona Boulevard A-1 to C-m) County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described on that certain map
attached hereto, marked Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this
reference, be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to R-3
and C-M.
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on Exhibit All attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 15th day of January

That portion of the Rancho La Puente, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the
Westerly line of Tract No. 16911 as per map recorded in Book 474, pages 12 and 13
of Maps, records of said County, said point bearing South 4 deg. 301 3911 West,
measured along said Westerly line and its northerly prolongation thereof, 536.10
feet from a point; in the northerly line of said Rancho, said point being marked
with a Los Angeles County Road Department brass cap monument; thence from said
point of beginning, South 4 deg. 301 3911 west along said westerly line and its
southerly prolongation thereof, 1195.35 feet to a point in the northerly line of
the strip of land described in the deed to the Los Angeles Inter-Urban Railway
Company, recorded in Book 2709, Page 1113 of Deeds, records of said county; thence
along said last mentioned northerly line, north 86 deg. 541 1011 west 861.90 feet;
thence north 4 deg. 301 2711 east 571.56 feet to a point in the southeasterly line
of the lands of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District as described in that
certain Decree of Condemnation, a certified copy of which having been recorded in
