That that certain real property, located at 15201 and 15301 block of Badillo Street, A-1 to R-3) and 15200 and 15300 block of Ramona Boulevard A-1 to C-m) County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described on that certain map attached hereto, marked Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by this reference, be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone A-1 to R-3 and C-M. SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner as shown on Exhibit All attached hereto. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
