AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDt1I11 PARK AMENDING SECTION 3101
OF THE BALD1JIN PARK MNICIPAL CODE, RELAT-
ING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDX'IIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1. That Subpavagraph i) of Section 3101 of
the Baldwin Park 13unicipal Code, is hereby amended to read,
as follows:
i) Section 61601 a). Fire Zones Established.
For the purposes of this Code, the entire City
is hereby declared to be in a single fire zone,
to wit: Fire Zone No. 2".
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be
published or posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of March 1964.

regular meeting of the City Council on the 18th day of March
