ZONING MAP OF SA'D CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-I TO R-3 Zone Case No,
Z-218
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, That that certain tea'. property, located at
1311.}8 and 13154 Fairgrove Street in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described on that certain map attached hereto, marked Exhibit
A", and incorporated herein by this reference, be, and the same
hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to R-3
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Sa:dwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on Exhibit A'° attached hereto,
SECTION 3, That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner pc-escribed by law.

Puente, as per map recorded in book 17 page 17 of Maps
in the office of the County Recorder of said County described
as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot
42, distant thereon South 500 531 30" East 433.68 feet
from the most westerly corner thereof, thence North 390
06t 30}1 East parallel with the Northwesterly line of said
Lot 42, 242 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing North 390 061 30" east, parallel with the 1"= 100'
Northwesterly line of said Lot 42, 193 feet; thence
South 500 53' 30" East, parallel with the Southwesterly CASE NO. Z'218
line of said lot 42, 190 feet] thence South 390 06f 30"
