ORDINANCE NO. 345
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING SECTION
9119.73 PERMITTING CERTAIN STRUCTURES TO
BE LOCATED IN REQUIRED FRONT YARD AREAS WITHIN
C" AND M" ZONES WITHIN THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9119.73 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 9119.73. Signs, etc., Permitted in Front Yard
Areas, C" and M" Zones.
Signs, marquees and awnings shall be permitted in
required front yard areas in all C" and M" zones,
provided%
a) That said structures do not extend into such
yard areas, more than ten 10) feet, measured
from the rear of such yard area; and
b) That said structures do not extend over any
public right of way; and
c) That all such structures comply with all other
requirements of this Code."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance.
PASSED and ADOPTED this Ist day of April 1964.

said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the Ist day of April 1964,

AYES: COUNCILMEN HOLMES, TAYLOR, BISHOP MOREHEAD AND MAYOR BLOXHAM
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN NONE
