AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 3100.1212 OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL, CODE, RELATING TO
FIREWCRKS PERMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1s That subparagraph k) of Section 3100.1212 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
k) Not more than 10 permits for fireworks stands
shall be located within the City".
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
