AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY Or BALDWiN PARK AIAEND;NG THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY AND REZONING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM ZONE
R-2 to R-3 Zore Case No.
Z-212
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain rea' property, located at
3940 Bresee Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly
described on that cerifain map attached hereto, marked Exhibit
A", and incorporated herein by this reference, be, and the same
hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-2 to R-3.
SECTION 2. That'the zoning Map adopted by Section 9102.1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended in the manner
as shown on Exhibit A" attached hereto.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
