ORDINANCE N0. 358
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK, AMENDING SECTION 6220 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE
OPERATION OF TAXI-CABS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 6220 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
6220. Rates. The Council shall set, and amend,
rates to be charg~for taxi service by motion, carried
by a majority vote of the Council."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
