AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY AID REZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-I TO ZONE R-3
ZONE CASE NO. Z-238
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located at
3550 N. Baldwin Park Blvd. in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, more particWgriy described on that
certain reap on file In the office of the City Clerk; marked Exhibit A",
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-I to R-3.
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended In the
manner as shown on Exhibit A" on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted In the manner prescribed by law.
