AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY AND REZONING CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-I TO ZONE R-3
ZONE CASE NO. Z-239
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain real property, located at3116,
3116? and 3118 Frazier St. in the City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angefes, Stote of California, more particW e4uy 8escribod on that
certain map on file In the office of thg City Clerk; marked Exhibit AT",
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-I to R-3-
SECTION 2. That the zoning Map adopted by Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended In the
manner as shown on Exhibit A" on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
