AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 3359 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
ALL NIGHT PARKING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3359 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
3359• All Night Parking Prohibited. No
person shall sop, sand or park a vehicle on any
public street within the City,except Railroad
Avenue, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and
4:00 a.m. of any day."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published In the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19 day of August
1964.
