AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING
SECTION 2708 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
POSTING OF ORDINANCES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2708 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby repealed and rescinded.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED and APPROVED this 22nd day of September 1964.
