HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 387ORD 387ê79wS ×Pë· ORDINANCE NO. 387 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-I TO ZONE R-3 ZONE CASE NO-5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN-PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certatn real property, as described in Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 64-122 on file in the office of the City Clerk, of said C ty, be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-I to Zone R-3 and the Director of Planning she 1e Zoning Map f the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. P. Coffin, recorded on September 21, 1905, in Book 2397, page 240 of Deeds and Records of said County; thence along said northerly line DRAWN BY South 86 deg. 221 West, to the norWwesterly line of said Lot 32; thence along said northwesterly line North 41 deg. 531 East, to the point of beginning.
