AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 6130 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That subparagraph 8 a) of Section 6130 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows
8) Miscellaneous:
a) Apartments, Apartments and multiple dwelling
units, as defined in the zoning regulations hereof,
con-
sisting of three 3) or more such units, which are
offered
for rental or lease, located in a single structure or
multiple structures, under common ownership, regardless
of zone, shall pay an annual license fee computed in
accordance with the following fee schedule:

60 69 Units $

10 14 Units 30.00
70 79 Units
100.00
15 19 Units 40,00
80 89 Units
110.00
20 29 Units 50.00
90 99 Units 120.00
30 39 Units 60.00

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed. by law.
