ORDINANCE NO. 394
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING SECTION 3348 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3348 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
3348. USE OF STREETS FOR STORAGE
OF VEHICLE PROHIBITED.
a) No person who owns or has
possession, custody or control of any
vehicle shall park such vehicle upon
any street or alley for more than a
consecutive period' of 72 hours.
b) In the event a vehicle is
parked or left standing upon a street
or alley in excess of a consecutive
period of 72 hours, any member of the
police department may remove said
vehicle from the street in the manner
and subject to the requirements of the
State Vehicle Code."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
