AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 3377 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
TRUCK ROUTES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Sub-paragraph d) of Section 3377 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
d) The following streets and portion of streets are
hereby declared to be truck routes for the movement of motor
vehicles exceeding maximum gross weight of 6,000 lbs.:
1) Rivergrade Road at all points within the City;
and
2) Ramona Boulevard at all points within the City;
and
3) Badillo Street at all points within the City;
and
4) Puente Avenue between Merced Avenue and the
southerly C ty m'ts; and
5) Puente Avenue between Ramona Boulevard and
BadiIlo Street; and
6) Baldwin Park Boulevard between Ramona
Boulevard and the southerly City limits; and
7) Francisquito Boulevard between Baldwin Park
Boulevard and e southerly City limits; and
8) Sierra Madre Avenue between Baldwin Park
Boulevard and Live Oak Avenue; and
9) Los Angeles Street at ail points within
the City."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
