AN ORDINANCE OF WE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 8101 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF FIRE ZONES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES OROAIN
AS FOLLOWS i
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph l) of Section 8101 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, Is hereby amended to read, as
followst
l) Section 6(601 a). Fire Zones Established.
For the purposes of this Code, all properties
within the City are hereby declared to be In
the followlngi
a) All properties zoned C-P, C-l, C-2, C-M,
A-1 and M«£ shall be deemed to be In
Fire Zone No, 2; and
b) AH other properties tn t*" City shall
be deemed to be tn FT re Zone No. 5."
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify t-o the
adoption of this Ordinance, and shai f cause the same to be pub-
lished or posted In the manner prescribed by law.

1965.
