AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
AMENDING SECTION 9610 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO USES PERMITTED IN
THE C-2 ZONE. CASE NO. AZC-11;
CITY INITIATED)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9610 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, relating to uses permitted in the C-2
Zone is hereby amended by deleting therefrom Subparagraph
46) of Subparagraph A of said Section 9610.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of March_____, 1965.
