AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 96|0 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
PERMITTED USES IN THE C-2 ZONE. CITY
INITIATED; CASE AZC-12)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. Thai- subparagraph ll) of Section 96|0 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, Is hereby amended to read as follows:
ll) Boat, trailer, bicycle or motorcycles;
a) Sales, which may be conducted In the
open, except In required yard areas; and
b) Repairs, which must be conducted entirely
within an enclosed building,"
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shaft certify to the adoption
of this ordinance, and cause the same to be published n the manner
prescribed by law.
