AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-?
To ZONE C-J ZONE CASE NO. k 7
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS!
SECTION I. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9U51 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Cod®, that certain real property,
as described in Planning Commission Resolution No, pc6^"8______,
on file In the office of the City Clerk, of said Cl ty, be, and the
same hereby Is, rezoned from Zone____R*3 to Zone C*l______
and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City
of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change*
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published In
the manner prescribed by law.
