THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS!
SECTION I* That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9U51 o^ he Baldwin Park Municipal Code, thet certain real property,
as described In Planning Commission Resolution No< PC 6^-lL.
on file In the office of the City Clerk, of said City, be. and the
seme hereby Is, rezoned from Zone R-\ to Zone______c*-2
and the Director of Planning shal F amend the Zoning Map of the City
of Baldwin Park'1 to reflect such change.
SECTION 2< That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by law»
