AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REPEALING
SECTIONS 9307, 9308, 9309 and 9310
OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO LOT SPLITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Sections 9307, 9308, 9309 and
9310 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code are hereby
repealed and rescinded.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this Izth day ofAugusl- 1965.
