AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY. AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-l AND C"l
To ZONE C—2 ZONE CASE NO, Z-276"^
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9^51 of t^ Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property,
as described In Planning Commission Resolution No, PC 65-40______,
on file In the office of the City Clerk, of said City, be, and the
same hereby Is, rezoned from Zone R"| C-| to Zone C-2______y
and the Director of Planning sha11 amend the Zoning Map of the City
of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change*
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published In
the manner prescribed by law«
