AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY, AND REZON1N6 CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE f^-2_____
To ZONE R-5 ZONE CASE NO. Z-277""7
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS!
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9U51 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property,
as described In Planning Commission Resolution No., R 65-44______,
on file In the office of the City Clerk, of said city, be, and the
same hereby is, rezoned froro Zone fi-2____to Zone R-5_____9
and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City
of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by law»
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of December
1965
