AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-l TO ZONE
C-2. ZONE CASE NO. Z-279; PART 2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions
of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal code, that
certain real property, described as Lots 16 and 17 inclu-
sive, of Tract 10104, be, and the same hereby are, re-
zoned from Zone R-l to Zone C-2, and the Director of
Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of June, 1973.
