AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 2602 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO HOLIDAYS
THE CtTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Section 2602 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2602. City Office Hours. The general City offices
shall be closed on Saturdays and on the following legal holidays
Sundays, January I, February 22, May 30, July 4, the first
Monday in September, September 9, November 1 I, Thanksgiving
Day, December 25, Good Friday from 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m.,
every day appointed by the President or the Governor for a
day of public fast or holiday, and every other day as may be
so designated by motion of the City Council.'*
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause he same to be published in the manner
prescribed by taw.
