AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAIDW1N PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY, AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-l____
TO ZONE R-5_____. ZONE CASE NO, Z"285""7
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWSt
SECTION I, That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
91+51 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property,
as described n Planning Commission Resolution No« PC 66-1_______»
on file In the office of the Ctty Clerk, of said City/be, and the
same hereby Is, rezoned from Zone 1_____J"o Zone R-3______,
and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City
of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by law,
