AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK, ADDING
SECTION 9247 TO THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO SUBDIVISION
REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C'TY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAtN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9247 is hereby added to the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code to read as follows:
9247. TIME FOR FIL'NG FINAL MAP. Notwithstanding any
other provision of this Code, a Final Tract A^ap shall be filed,
approved, and recorded wirhin a period not to exceed twelve 12)
months from and after the adopNon by the Council of a Resolu-
tion approving the Tentative Tract Map."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance, and cause the same to be published in the manner pre-
scr ibed by I aw.
